The staff was helpful and attentive. I found several bus stops and trams near the hotel. The breakfast was amazing!!! I especially loved the variety of vegan options. The hotel had a modern system with a QR code for requests, and I got bathroom slippers and an iron quickly.
The room felt warm at night.

the staff were just the best, they helped me heaps with directions. my room had a great coffee machine plus there was always free water. the tv was proper big, it. wifi worked great and i could even do video calls easily.
my room was on the smaller side and didn't have a phone, so i had to go to reception to ask for things.

the hotel had good transport links nearby, with bus and tram stops located just a few minutes away on foot. i found several restaurants and shops in the area. it was a very convenient location for exploring.

the reception staff spoke english very well and they was friendly. the housekeeping team cleaned my room every morning. they made sure all areas smelled fresh and the room was clean and tidy daily.

the room looked like the pictures online, so that was good. my room had an espresso machine with capsules that was restocked daily. i had a comfortable bed with clean, nice setup.

the breakfast included smoked salmon along with cookies plus various fruits. they have egg with tuna spread too. the parking is in the same building, it was useful. the breakfast options was proper good.

the room was clean , it had a nice shower. the bed was good , i slept well. check-in was fast. i found the location convenient , as i could reach the main touristic area with a 20-minute walk.
soundproofing was not great , i could hear some noise from other rooms.

The location is great. It is close to public transportation. The breakfast buffet had many options (I especially liked the fresh pastries). I found the staff very helpful with directions.
My room was quite small. I requested a quiet room, but I could still hear street noise. The minibar was empty upon arrival, inconvenient.
